If at any time you have a question or want to check the status of an order, the information will be ready and waiting for you. ORDER FOLLOW-UP When vendors ship your customers’ merchandise, we’ll immediately track down the vendor invoice. Our invoicing team will immediately prepare a customer invoice according to the terms and conditions you’ve set. Upon your approval, the invoice — branded as your business — will be sent to the customer for payment. The payment address on the invoice is one of many iPROMOTEu bank locations throughout the United States. INVOICING

Guy Dupuis, MAS, and Gary Goodhart, MAS, iPROMOTEu;s Directors of Business Development, are both industry veterans with extensive experience within the promotional products industry. Guy Dupuis works with Affiliates to grow their sales profitably. Being raised in a family distributorship and then working for several large distributors, Guy knows the everyday challenges that distributors and their sales staff face. Gary Goodhart’s tenure in the industry spans more than 15 years. He has worked on both the vendor and distributor sides of the business. Gary assists Affiliates in developing a business model to achieve goals that are suitable to one’s business personality. He then helps collaborate and implement a sales plan using all the iPROMOTEu resources available to achieve the goals of the business model. His knowledge of the inner workings of vendors is an asset to iPROMOTEu Affiliates in all areas. There is a saying that “help is defined by the person asking for it.” Guy and Gary work to understand each Affiliate’s needs and help them plan and execute a course of action that will bring the results they desire.

At iPROMOTEu, we believe in the independence of our Affiliates. We are not a franchise organization. We are a network of independent business owners. Each Affiliate that works with us operates his or her own distributorship under their own name and identity. Our Affiliates remain in charge of their own business, clients, orders, and strategy. We are simply here to support you and provide the resources you need to accelerate success. To help you do just that, we do not charge an upfront fee to join our organization, nor do we require you to sign a long-term commitment. Additionally, we do not require a non-compete agreement or buyout agreement to do business with us. Should you decide to disaffiliate, you are free to do so — but we think you’ll find that we offer support that will be invaluable to helping grow your business. The iPROMOTEu Affiliation process is designed to be completed within 7 business days if all goes according to plan. However, we understand that things happen and sometimes processes can take longer than expected. We know your time is valuable so we strive to make this process easy and efficient.
